Huawei Mobile Services is basically a set of tools for developers that will allow them to practice things on Huawei phones that Google Play Services allows for on other Android phones. Whether HMS succeeds in getting off the basis globally depends considerably on how many apps add together back up for Huawei's suite of mobile services, specially considering that Google'south Play Services are available on almost every other Android smartphone in the earth, which gives developers more than incentive to develop apps using Google's services instead.
